1. Operator details
2. Services
The operator provides customers with:
- short and long-term parking of motor vehicles,
- booking of a parking space,
- transfer of passengers between the car park and the airport,
- other extra services listed on the website.
The service is for vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes, unless agreed otherwise.
3. Booking a parking space
Bookings can be made on the website, by phone or by email. A booking is binding once the operator has confirmed it. The operator may refuse a booking when the car park is full or for other operational reasons.
4. Price and payment terms
The price follows the current price list published on the website. Payment can be made by card on site, by bank transfer or in cash. All prices are in EUR.
5. Arriving at the car park
The customer must arrive at the booked time, give correct vehicle details and follow the car park staff’s instructions. The customer keeps the car keys for the whole parking period; they do not need to be handed to the operator. If the customer is considerably late, the operator may not be able to guarantee the booked space.
6. Airport shuttle
Where the shuttle is part of the service, it is provided as the operator’s operations allow. The customer must follow the driver’s instructions, and the operator is not liable for delays caused by traffic, accidents or force majeure.
7. Customer obligations
The customer must not leave hazardous substances in the vehicle, store flammable, explosive or other dangerous material in it, repair the vehicle in the car park, or soil or damage the car park. The vehicle must be properly locked and secured.
8. Liability for the vehicle
The operator rents out a parking space and is not liable for theft of the vehicle, theft of items left in it, damage caused by third parties, damage from natural events or damage caused by force majeure. The customer acknowledges that parking does not replace comprehensive or other vehicle insurance.
9. Extending the parking
If the customer does not collect the vehicle at the agreed time, they must inform the operator without delay. Each further day of parking is charged according to the current price list.
10. Cancelling a booking
A booking can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the planned arrival. For cancellations less than 24 hours before arrival, a fee of up to 100 % of the booking price may be charged.
11. Complaints
Complaints can be made by email, in writing or in person. A complaint must include the customer’s details, the booking number and a description of the issue. The operator handles complaints within the statutory period.
12. Personal data protection
Personal data are processed according to the separate privacy policy published on the website.
13. Force majeure
The operator is not liable for failing to meet its obligations because of circumstances beyond its control, in particular natural disasters, floods, fires, war, strikes, power outages or decisions of public authorities.
14. Final provisions
These terms take effect on 15 May 2026. The operator may change them. The current version is always published at www.pvparking.sk.
