Flowo stores your account email, tasks, brain dump notes, focus session history, and energy check-ins. This data is used solely to provide the app's features, such as showing your tasks and tracking your focus streaks.
Your data is stored securely in our Supabase-hosted database and is only accessible to your account. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.
If you purchase Flowo Premium, payment is processed by Apple and managed via RevenueCat. We receive only your subscription status, not your payment details.
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Delete account.
